Ribs, polyboten en jetters konden elkaar meten in dit event georganiseerd door Thomas Vandamme bijgestaan door een enthousiast team. Race director Jean-Marie Van Lancker zorgde voor een vlot verloop van de wedstrijd in samenwerking met o.a. Francis Notschaele (aka Bajaracer). <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Beiden zijn geen onbekenden in het Powerboat P1-circuit. Startboot was de Q9 powerboat waarvan je hier eveneens foto&#8217;s aantreft. De voormiddag beloofde prachtig weer met een rustige zee. &#8216;s Namiddags echter trok de wind aan tot 6 Bft en dat zorgde voor mooie golven en mooie sprongen van boten en jetters. We kijken al uit naar volgend jaar: &#8220;Editie 5 wordt een echte special&#8221;, aldus Thomas Vandamme. Maar voor het zover is, vlug naar de foto&#8217;s en daarvan krijg je hier al een schermbreed voorbeeld.
