With a total of 16 teams this\u00a0<\/span>Grand Prix of the Sea is the most succesful to far. The podium was an italian party with SNAV OSG, Cigarette Smash Poker and Metamarine Pignolo 53. Searex\u00a0Cranefields Wine\u00a0(Gino Passchier and Mark Niemann) achieved a nice 4th position. <\/span><\/p>\n Finally they come into the picture with their performance. Furnibo 2B1 couldn’t make the starting line in time although their spare engine was mounted but not fully operational. It’s still a riddle how the Mercury got damaged. Anyway, tomorrow they will try to be there in the endurance race making enough laps to gain points. In de supersport class Masforce (Patrick Huybreghts, Micha Robijn and Marc Sluszny) ended 5th. This means good points for this team that races solid. Their Nor-Tech likes a rougher sea but no one controlls mother nature. Seagull Chaudron got hold of the number one position only by a blink of an eye leaving Baia Attolini in second. \u00a0The all girls team Ikocasa mounted the podium again.
