As the deadline for the teams to submit their participation is closing, powerboating.be gives you already the provisional entry list of the U.I.M. Powerboat World Championship Endurance Racing for Evo en Supersport classes. It might come as a surprise that the Ukrainian Spirit hasn’t confirmed their participation yet.
Racing in the Evo class Maltese built Chaudron powerboat they stunned every competitor last year with this beautiful designed powerboat with Aaron Ciantar and Viktor Shemchuk in the cockpit. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that they will meet Friday’s deadline at noon to enter the 2011 competition still. The Supersport class will be an all Italian battle, so it seems. Although there seems to be a new racing team (Force One), we discovered soon that Stefano Acanfora, Renato Guidi and Vittorio Foglia Manzillo formed already previous season a winning team. So all in all let’s see what tomorrow (Friday June 10th) will bring as the final entry list.
