Raffaele Chiulli unanimously elected ARISF President
Raffaele Chiulli, President of the UIM (the worldwide federation of powerboating) was unanimously re-elected President of ARISF for another four year term by the ARISF General Assembly held in Aarhus in Denmark. For those who don’t know Raffaele Chiulli, he’s the fourth from the left on the photo.

SportAccord Convention World Sport & Business Summit was the occasion for the UIM President, Raffaele Chiulli to meet the Russian Federation’s Minister of Sport, Vitaly Mutko, as well as Yunis Lukmanov, President of Motorboat Federation of Russia. Raffaele Chiulli, Vitaly Mutko and Yunis Lukmanov took this opportunity to discuss and identify means and ways to further valorize and develop the powerboating sport in Russia. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Raffaele Chiulli also acknowledged the success of the SportAccord Convention held in Sochi and extended his congratulations to Russia for hosting such an important event for the Sport at global scale.

3rd UIM Awards Giving Gala, February 2012
The third UIM Awards Giving Gala was unquestionably a great success. An impressive event, organized at Le Sporting de Monte Carlo, with more than 400 guests, which included World Champions, national authorities, celebrities and VIP’s. The happening started with a Press Conference at Salle des Palmiers, attended by media representatives from all over the world, followed by the official Gala Dinner Awards Ceremony at the superb Salle des Etoiles.

2012 Third edition of UIM Awards Giving Gala
The UIM is pleased to announce that the third edition of the UIM Awards Giving Gala will be held in Monaco, Salle des Etoiles, on the 11th of February 2012. This prestigious location will be the stage where all the 2011 Powerboating World Champions will receive their deserved honours.
