VIP interviews are coming your way on powerboating.be
Powerboating evokes impressive speeds, lots of adrenaline and living in the fast lane. When it comes to events or competitions it’s the people behind it that also make it possible. They’re the project managers who have the necessary skills like perseverance, persuasion, people management and above all the passion for powerboating. They empower people and make it happen. Most of all they put the participants in the spotlights and not themselves. Soon you will able to read interviews of people that mean(t) a lot to the powerboating scene, outstanding organisors, but also pilots, record holders, boat builders … you will meet them all here. Together they build our powerboating history.

Anyone who’s into powerboating especially in Europe, knows Patrick Huybreghts aka Pat. He’s a die hard powerboater but most of all he’s an optimist by default. He owned 2 Nor-Techs: 38 ft from 1997 and 39 ft from 2008. Both powerboats were named ‘Spirit of Belgium’. I had the chance to interview him about the Nor-tech accident. Only now he can come into the open with his story. Powerboating.be was his channel of choice. Stay tuned to read the full story here!

We had the chance to talk to Pierre Colpin, driver of the 2B1 Racing Team in Furnibo (on the right in the picture) and ask him some questions.
