In both classes, Supersport and Evolution, Murphy struck some teams hard. For the Supersport Sprint on Saturday Karelpiu and Big Sergio couldn’t take any points and for the Endurance Race on Sunday Seagull Chaudron and again Big Sergio failed to race. (more…)

Iltalian teams rule in the Bacoli 2010 Powerpole
In Supersport Big Sergio (I) set the fastest time over the course with 3 min. 26 sec and 87/100 in their outerlimits powerboat. Just less than 2 seconds later Baia Attolini (I) took second place followed by Seagull Chaudron (UA) and Jolly Drive (I). Enthousiastic Karelpiu (I) did not finish due to a technical malfunction. Bacoli is preparing for the powerpole
Under a grey sky crews uncover the powerboats, repair, fine-tune some parts in order to get ready for the powerpole race at 17:00 hours today (Friday 03/09/2010). The first boats are going into the water for the free training session at 10:30 hours. Later today at 14:30 hours the training is obligatory for all classes. (more…)
Bacoli 2010 Official Entry List
Friday September 3rd 2010 at noon these are the teams that will compete during this weekend in Bacoli in rounds 7 and 8 of the UIM Word Championship Grand Prix ot he World. The absence of the British teams (Team 26 in Supersport and Silverline in Evolution) and the Spirit of Belgium (B) – who crashed in Poltu Quatu (Supersport) – shorten both lists. (more…)
